With over two decades of experience in the dynamic world of healthcare innovation, I am passionate about advancing solutions that truly make a difference in people's lives. Healthcare is a fundamental need for everyone, and it's essential that we strive for continuous improvement in this vital sector.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with large multinational organizations, startup companies, healthcare systems, and venture capital firms. These different vantage points have given me a unique perspective of the healthcare industry. In my work, I leverage design thinking, human-centered design, and lean methodologies to identify challenges and cultivate innovative solutions that yield tangible results.

Some highlights of my journey include:

Served as Vice President of a U.S.-based investment firm, where I evaluated diverse medical technologies for investment opportunities.
Worked in numerous startups in various capacities, including strategic marketing, financial modeling, reimbursement and regulatory strategy development, product development oversight, initial sales leadership and national distribution network organization.
Developed business models and financial projections for start-ups as well as new initiatives within multinational companies.
Designed and launched an innovation pipeline for a large healthcare system looking to advance their efforts around the quadruple aim.
Launched and led a New Ventures Office within a major research University, where I successfully tripled the annual number of startup spin-outs.
Designing and launching a health-focused vertical for a nationally recognized startup accelerator program.
